While no longer serving in an on-call capacity, Liz continues to work in higher education as both an online adjunct instructor and human resources specialist.

Liz spent over a year working with medical marijuana patients in Pennsylvania as a dispensary technician, teaching patients about the cannabis plant and helping them identify cannabinoids and terpenes so patients could be empowered to find the right products for their medical needs,

​

After graduating from the Cannabis Coaching Institute, Liz has parlayed her background in communication and education to develop Aunt Betty Cann, a service meant to help patients take ownership of their health with plant medicine.

​

Liz earned her Bachelors degrees in Communication and History from the University of Scranton, her Masters in Communication from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University and her Masters in Higher & Postsecondary Education from Teachers College at Columbia University in New York City.

Liz loves spending time with her husband, Mike, and their dog, Cooper Ignatius, DisneyWorld trips, and visiting family and friends across the tri-state area.
